We ship all our orders with UPS Carbon Neutral and we offer UPS Standard and UPS Express Saver options. If you order before 16:00h CET UPS aims to deliver your order within 2 workdays in Europe and the rest of the world in 1 to 3 days. We recommend and push for using a UPS Access Point for the delivery, but we can also ship directly to your door.

There’s no such thing as ‘free returns’, there’s always a cost…for the store or for you, but more importantly for the environment. To reduce unnecessary returns in online shopping we offer no free returns. However for our EU-customers we offer to refund the shipping costs payed when placing the order if you’re into a refund, for exchanges we will ship the new item back without any extra costs (both advantages are only for destinations within the EU). All EU-customers have 14 days time to apply for a return.
